Hello, my name is Jennifer and I am the director of the center. I have been working in childcare for 21 years. I started out as an assistant in a classroom while obtaining my bachelor’s degree and worked myself up to head teacher, assistant director and now director of Lil’Achievers. Children have always had a very special place in my heart. I truly feel blessed to be in a profession that is so rewarding. I have always felt that we as educators are children’s voice and it is up to us to keep children safe and make them secure while building their self-esteem and confidence. That is a responsibility that I take seriously! While under my direction my mission is to provide a warm safe and educationally stimulating environment for your child. I also believe in keeping open lines of communication to parents so please feel comfortable and free to come and speak to me at any time for any reason, I will always have time for you and your child!

Hello my name is Ms. Grace and I am the Head Teacher in the Lil’Beginners class. I am a mother to three grown children and a grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren. My family means everything to me. I have been involved in childcare my entire adult life. My favorite age group is children 6 weeks to 18 months. I enjoy watching the children develop into little people with their own unique personality. We spend our time tumbling, playing, and exploring, cuddling and singing. We work on self-help skills like, rolling over, sitting up, crawling, walking, and language acquisition. I am bilingual so I love incorporating Spanish into your child’s day through songs and finger plays. Seeing their smile fills my heart, and knowing that I am part of their healthy growth is my reward and greatest satisfaction. I feel lucky to have such an important job of watching your baby grow and learn. I am happy to be your child’s teacher and look forward to getting to know your family.

Hello families! My name is Alexandra but everyone at school calls me Ms. Ali, I am the assistant teacher in the Lil’Beginners class and I also help out in the afternoon in other classrooms. I am a busy mother of three beautiful children who are my world. I enjoy working with children of all ages and love that I get the opportunity every day to work with all the children in the center. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to help your child learn and grow.

Hello my name is Ms. Danielle and I am the head teacher of the Lil’Explorers class. I am the proud mother to two amazing little boys and love spending all of my free time with them. I have been working in the child care field for the past 10 years and I have loved every minute of this journey. I have started the process of obtaining my Child Development Associate (CDA) and I am excited to take the next step in my field. My favorite age group is the toddlers. They make every day coming to work rewarding by the affection they show me. I take pride and care in teaching them language, self-help skills and expressing their feelings. My classroom door is always open for you to come and see us at play!

Hello my name is Ms. Allison and I am the head teacher in the Lil’Travelers classroom. I take pride and pure enjoyment in working with this age group and children in general. I have been a camp counselor since the age of 16. I have formal early child hood experience for the past 7 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a minor in history form the University of Kean. I am the proud mother to a brilliant little girl and enjoy spending all of my free time with her. Hello my name is Ms. Kristen and I am the head teacher in the Lil’Discoverers classroom. I have been in the childcare field for 4 years now and I have always enjoyed working with children ages 3 to 4 years old. I am currently working on getting my CDA (child development associate) and I enjoy taking all the necessary training for early childhood to keep me current in the field. I have been the head teacher in this class for two years and I love creating an environment where children feel welcomed and comfortable to be who they are. Some of my favorite concepts that I work on with the children in my class are self-help skills, fine motor skills, positive peer interactions, and art. Hello. My name is Lisa and I am the teacher for the Lil Achievers classroom. I have been in the child-care field since 2007. I owned a home day-care and then became a preschool teacher. I also have a certification in early childhood development and I have recently obtained my CDA. My goal as a teacher is to help your child learn and grow in a developmentally appropriate environment. Nurturing and encouraging children to discover the world around them is my passion at Lil’ Achievers. Children’s expression of words and actions captivates me and assists me in familiarizing myself with them as individuals. I am intrigued with their levels of skill and will apply my degree of teaching according to their needs. My observational instinct, patience, and knowledge also stem from a personal level, as I am a mother of five wonderful children, two of whom have special needs. I am looking forward to teaching and learning about your child!
